 I researched a number of companies before deciding to work with HomeStar. They weren’t the cheapest in town, but I felt that they offered the best value and were most likely to be around in 50 years if I ever have an issue. The project was done on time as promised, and they even did some extra work for us at no additional cost. I was really pleased with the job overall but did have some damage to my powder-coated porch rails that had not been covered properly before the old roof was removed. What followed, though, truly impressed me. Brian D, my roofing project manager, must have called me a half dozen times to check on the status and walk me through the next steps with a railing contractor. He even called me twice to ensure that I had received their check for the damages. Customer service like his are rare to find, and he is a tremendous asset to the HomeStar team.

 I am 69 years old and HomeStar has given us the best service we have ever encountered. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating !We were impressed by each member of your team! From our first meeting with Joshua, follow-up with Sarah, , Brian and today George Who were all professional and went above and beyond to make a difference.   We have found great satisfaction start to finish with Home Star Remodeling. Every encounter we had with each representative has been an enjoyable experience. The quality of workmanship is exceptional, the installation was done in a timely fashion. Precision work and cleaned up after the install. Its a plus to have a lifetime transferable warranty. We would recommend them to anyone who needs window service.

The people Who put on the roof were focused pleasant hardworking and accomplished the job in six hours, amazing. And the cleanup was impeccable. My husband was very happy with the end product!
I would also like to praise whoever does the hiring because you have been able to create a culture that most companies never obtain. Thank you for your service I would definitely recommend your company in the future! Unless my roof leaks next week… LOL

 We had no thought to upgrade our windows (28 years old) when two of your reps came to the door. They were neat, pleasant, and most of all not “pushy”. They introduced us to the product in an informative and professional manner.
Interested, we met with Rob today. Again he was informative, professional, prepared and not aggressive in his approach.
As a result, we will be replacing our windows and look forward to the update.

 Erik came to our home to give us an estimate on a new roof. He had great energy and was very personable! He explained the process in a clear and concise way! He did a thorough inspection in our attic and caught things our home inspector missed just a few months earlier.  I never give 5 stars. Then there is always room to improve. HomesStar is great – from the windows to the pricing to the warranty to the installers . It was very nice to work with only one person. No middle man which is fine for me.
I needed two new replacement atrium windows and I only called Homestar. I knew I would get a great product and installation. I would recommend if anyone asked.

 Imagine my surprise when I get a knock on my door from a gentlemen who was simply trying to promote his window company and name brand. Imagine HIS surprise, when I told him to come on in and tell me what he has to offer! Well, in he walked and immediately made me feel like he knew what he was talking about. His name was Aaron, and he made it clear the estimate and evaluation was 100% free, and any quote I get, is good for a year. Aaron then put me on the phone with Sidney, who was also very nice, and told me someone would be out within a few hours. Later that day, Ryan came over to do measurements and give quotes. First off, Ryan was a great guy. Very down to earth, very informative, and best of all, very passionate about who Homestar is, and why they are the best. His presentation included stats, history, good windows vs bad windows, he even had a full window to model and showed my wife and I, first hand, on why these windows are the best. Long story short, we are doing business with Homestar! Great prices, great warranty (protected for as long as we live here, AND for as long as the NEXT buyer lives here!) and just a great family owned business I’m proud to be doing my business with.. And all because I happened to be home when they randomly knocked on my door! Thanks, Homestar.
